Degenerative disc disease 

Degenerative disc disease is a common cause of spinal pain, arising from the gradual wear and tear of intervertebral discs.

It can lead to axial pain, stiffness, and sometimes nerve root compression with radiating pain into the arms or legs. While it is a natural part of aging, it can become problematic when pain persists or function is impaired. Treatments range from physiotherapy and medication to minimally invasive interventions, including PRF applied to the affected segment.
